Titanium2 Ingredients

What is Titanium?

Titanium is a product created out of our company's desire to reduce the need for conventional anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical agents by presenting a natural anti-inflammatory agent as a viable alternative to synthetic drugs (NSAIDs and coricoids). For this reason, we are pleased to offer Titanium, a product focused on quality and meeting the requirements of the Direction de Santé Naturelle.

Inflammation is a reaction of the tissues when they perceive no threat. It is an immune defense reaction of our body to an attack: infection, burn, allergy, etc. Inflammation can be acute or chronic. Biologically, there is an elevation of haptoglobin, ceruloplasmin, globulins and ferritin in the context of inflammation.

Titanium is made from 100% very high-quality natural products that are extremely safe for human consumption. Titanium can be used as a preventive treatment against acute and chronic inflammatory diseases and can also be used as a curative product at the onset of the disease, alone or associated with other anti-inflammatories or antioxidants.

What is the advantage of Titanium?

There are two groups of synthetic products with an inflammatory effect, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and corticosteroids.

NSAIDs are synthetic products used mainly in the treatment of joint or bone pain, as antipyretics, analgesics or antiaggregant. There are qualitative differences in the effects of different anti-inflammatories, but these differences are not well identified. However, a person may respond better to one than the other.

NSAID drugs have several more or less significant side effects: abdominal pain, digestive transit disorders, ulcerations, perforations, gastric bleeding, etc. They also present renal effects, rarer than digestive effects but more important such as functional renal insufficiency. Cutaneous reactions such as urticaria, hematological reactions such as thrombocytopenia, leukopenia and aplasia. NSAID drugs have also been identified as having effects on other drugs, including increasing the free plasma fraction of many drugs, reducing the antihypertensive effects of b-blockers and the list goes on.

The mode of action of the second group of synthetic products, corticosteroids, is very complex. Their effects are perceptible at the level of almost all organs. After entering the cells, the corticosteroids will bind directly to the DNA. At the level of genetic heritage, their actions are very diverse, including the reduction of production of inflammatory and immune factors. In the case of long-term treatment, side effects systematically appear, for example: aggression towards the stomach, thinning of the skin, regression of the immune defenses and abnormal distribution of fat.

The treatment provided by conventional medication, such as NSAIDs and corticosteroids, targets inflammation of all kinds, however, the side effects can be very significant and require careful consideration when choosing treatment.

Titanium uses the synergy of the components Boswelia and alfa lipoic acid with a spectrum of action that covers almost all the symptoms induced by inflammatory processes. The clinical mechanism is not fully understood, but the active ingredients present in these two components have demonstrated their effectiveness in several clinical studies. In vitro studies have proven inhibitory activity on the synthesis of pro-inflammatory enzymes, 5-lipooxygenase (5LO) for Boswelia. Powerful active antioxidant, both in aqueous and lipid medium, alpha-lipoic acid the second component, is able to protect all compartments of cells in the body. Many publications confirm its multiple health benefits and, in particular, the vital role it plays in the protection of mitochondria.

How to maximize the therapeutic effect of Titanium?

To be sure that Boswellia acts effectively, it is recommended to take it, if possible, with a hearty meal. In a study conducted in 2004, administration of Boswellia extracts together with the meal led to a substantial improvement in the bioavailability of Boswellia. This represents an improvement in bioavailability of at least four times the normal rate (Bone, page 2).

What are the main effects of taking Titanium?

Titanium being a powerful anti-inflammatory product, it is recommended in case of inflammation disorders of all kinds.

It is proven effective against problems of arthritis, asthma and bronchial asthma, menstrual cramps, rheumatic diseases, lower back pain and muscle spasms.

For the vast majority of pathologies, an inflammatory reaction is present, for this reason Titanium is an essential product.

The combined effects of the two components of the product make Titanium a product to be used prophylactically and curatively in all cases of inflammatory reactions. Using bibliographical sources and clinical observations, we found the perfect synergy between the two anti-inflammatory and antioxidant components of Titanium.

Boswellia extract was significantly better than placebo for reducing pain, improving knee flexibility and increasing walking distance for people with osteoarthritis. Two diseases have been studied to ensure the benefit of the extract, osteoarthritis and asthma.

Osteoarthritis

A 2002 study on people with osteoarthritis of the knee showed that an extract of Boswellia reduced osteoarthritis symptoms as well as inflammatory blood agents. After a month of treatment, patients could walk longer distances without pain. After three months, the researchers saw a reduction in fluid buildup in their joints. In comparison, patients treated with a placebo showed no improvement. Another study, lasting two months, came to similar conclusions.

Asthma

A clinical trial compared 80 asthmatics. A group of 40 people took 300 mg of Boswellia extract three times a day. The second group took a placebo. After 6 weeks, 70% of patients in the first group reported a marked improvement in their problems compared to 27% in the placebo group. Again, Boswellia blocks the inflammatory phenomenon.

How to take Titanium

The first pharmacokinetic study was conducted on humans by Sharma's team in 2004. Digestive absorption of Boswellia is relatively rapid since the product is reputed to have good gastric absorption. The plasma peak is observed around 4.5 hours after ingestion, then the concentration declines steadily.

The plasma half-life is approximately 6 hours, which requires an oral intake of Titanium approximately every 6 hours in order to maintain a satisfactory level of active ingredients. Boswellia is best absorbed when taken with a meal. It is therefore advisable to take 1 capsule of Titanium one to three times a day with a meal.

The Active Components of Titanium

The revolutionary formula of Titanium is composed of: Boswellia serrata 70% and alpha lipoic acid (ALA). We have used both components for their perfect synergy in the treatment of inflammatory diseases.

Boswellia Serrata

Boswellia serrata has been added to our complex to contribute to the natural defense of our system. Research carried out has recently confirmed its therapeutic effectiveness. Its superiority has been demonstrated by a rigorous battery of tests over non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

An 8-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 102 people with Crohn's disease compared the effect of a standardized extract of Boswellia serrata and that of a drug, mesalazine. According to a standard assessment of Crohn's disease severity, participants who took the Boswellia extract felt at least as well as those who took the drug.

Another study with a small sample size gave some indications that Boswellia extract might also be beneficial in ulcerative colitis. Studies suggest that it may also provide beneficial effects in the treatment of arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and bronchial asthma. The study of the metabolic stability of boswelic acids reveals that the extracts of bowelia (Ac) are rapidly metabolized into hydroxylated derivatives, and they are more hydrophilic than the original molecule and even more bioavailable than the original molecule.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

ALA particularly targets cells of diseases such as non-insulin dependent diabetes, neuropathy, cataracts, liver disorders, neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's), atherosclerosis and memory disorders.

Alpha-lipoic acid is a small molecule that has chemical properties that allow it to easily enter and exit cells. It directly captures free radicals or removes them from other antioxidants like vitamins C and E, which has the effect of “recharging” or “recycling” these.

Alpha-lipoic acid has a unique chemical structure, both water and fat soluble, it is effective in all cells of the body. It is the only antioxidant that penetrates brain tissue so easily. ALA enhances whole-body glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity in people with type II diabetes.

Alpha lipoic acid is positively involved in coronary heart disease, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, alcoholism and shingles, liver disease, metastatic pancreatic cancer, impaired brain function, related problems aging, glaucoma and cataracts.
