symptomatology of menopause, we suggest this complete kit for a period of three
months. Most women who have taken the kit so far, continue only with Triomphe
after three months while some, after three months continue taking Triomphe,

capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon (for a period of 3 months)
Triomphe: 1 to 3 capsules a day
Prometheus: 1 dose of Prometheus in the morning and one dose in the evening*
Morpheus: 2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime
(for a period of 3 months)
*If you are following a workout routine, we
suggest 1 dose of Prometheus pre-workout and one dose post-workout instead of
one in the morning and one in the evening
